Rock type is the sixth Pokemon showed up on the anime among the other 18 types. Even though they are fast but their attacks are a little slow. They are also considered as the most abundant type, and it’s partially ground type too.

They are attacks super effective against the Fire, Ice, Flying and Bug-type Pokemon. They are nor effective against the Fighting, Steel and the ground type pokemon.

The rock type pokemon characteristics are based on their attack and defense move. Their defense is super effective against the Water, Grass, Fighting, Ground and Steel-type Pokemon. As the same, their defense is not effective against the Normal, Poison, Fire and Flying-type Pokemon.
